Once the maximum period (six months) has expired without express resolution being notified, the interested party may understand it as deemed due to administrative silence.
End to the extraordinary extension of rental contracts. The housing measure that the Government has eliminated from the package of measures is the possibility of extending the validity of rental contracts by six months with the same terms and conditions established in the contract that were in force. Therefore, that is, as of July 1, tenants whose rental contracts end will not be able to request the extraordinary extension of six more months.
